Pastors Rick and Terrie Smail - Pastors

The Smails have served in ministry together for seventeen years and were called to City Church in September of 2000 with a word from God saying, "The seeds of your dream are planted in Philadelphia." They have a passion to see God's people fully equipped to do the work of the Lord.  They reside in South Philadelphia and have two children.

Thomas T and Karen Price- Music Pastor

Pastor Tom is the Music Minister for City Church. Tom and his wife Karen came to City Church in February 2003. His vision is that through our song, music, and dance, a fertile, holy ground will be established where every man, woman, and child may experience a life changing encounter with God, making City Church a church on fire, set ablaze with the power and presence of our Living God. They reside in South Philadelphia.

Brian and Stacey Sellers - Youth and Children's Pastor

Pastor Brian is the youth and children's pastor for City Church.  He joined the pastoral staff in April 2006.  He believes that this generation of youth and children will lead one of the greatest revivals the world has ever known and that his call is to lead young people to an "encounter with a living God" (an experience will last a moment but an encounter will last forever.

Mrs. Sandra Rudi - City Kids School Administrator

Sandy is the School Administrator. She has been the school's administrator for the past three years and has been at City Church for twelve years. She was born and raised in South Philadelphia, is married and has five children. As the administrator, her vision is to provide every child attending, a positive and happy early learning experience.

Judy Rossanno - Associate Pastor

We at City Church have been praying and believing God for a mighty move of His Spirit not only in Philadelphia but also in the Delaware Valley.  With great excitement and anticipation we continue to see the Lord and prepare for what we believe God is about to do in our midst.
